Prior to joining Qonto, Paolo set-up the Global Monetization Center of Excellence at eBay, where he also implemented revenue-driving pricing and promotional frameworks across the Italian and French markets.

His professional portfolio encompasses extensive experience in pricing strategy implementation and revenue optimization across prominent multinational organizations (CNH Industrial/IVECO, Alitalia-Etihad, Burger King Corporation, Vodafone).

Paolo's academic credentials include a First-Class Dual Honours Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Marketing from Keele University (UK) and a Master's in Management from ESCP Europe Business School (Paris). He also graduated with top marks in International Management at Carlos III (Madrid) and Università degli Studi di Torino (Turin).
